Insurance

We work with third-party entities, Headway and Alma, to facilitate the insurance verification and billing process.

For patients in Arizona, we bill through Alma and are in network with:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • Optum

For patients in Texas, we bill through Alma or Headway and are in network with:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas

  • Cigna

  • Optum

Of note, Aetna insurances may include/be administered through Meritain Health, Allied Benefit Systems, Nippon, and GEHA Health plans.

Optum is an umbrella of insurance networks/administrators that may include United Healthcare plans, Oscar, United Medical Resources (UMR), All Savers, and Surest (formerly Bind).

We are in network with most of these plans, but we will verify your specific plan prior to the first appointment.

Private pay cash rates.

Initial Evaluation: $250

A psychiatric evaluation is a 60-90 minute appointment in which we will ask a lot of questions about sleep, your mood, medications, and so on! We can discuss medication and supplement options, diagnosis, and other recommendations

Follow up: $125

Follow ups are a 15-30 minute appointment in which you can discuss how you are doing, your sleep, appetite, medications, and ongoing things in your life. We can discuss medication adjustments or changes, review labs, or even just check in to see if you're doing okay.

If you don’t have insurance, we offer discounted cash rates without sacrifice of quality health care delivery.
